L'extrême serviabilité et amabilité du personnel. Le petit déjeuner copieux. Le parking à proximité (un peu exigu, cependant). Le centre ville facilement accessible.

The location of the hotel is excellent. Minutes away from the train and bus stations. Close to the town centre.

- On arrival, Hotel Europa looked a bit shabby. But the first impression soon improved, as we found out how helpful and easy-going the staff was. - We could hear the neighbours from next door.

We recommend Hotel Europa to others who want a small and friendly hotel to good price. Nice breakfast with good Spanish salami and croissants. Very nice family-room.

Het hotel bevindt zich dicht bij het trein-en busstation .Om het uur vertrekt er een bus naar de luchthaven van Girona voor 2,75 € en het is handig er te kunnen overnachten als je een vroege vlucht hebt.De rit duurt ongeveer 20 minuten. De receptionisten spreken Engels en zijn uitermate vriendelijk en behulpzaam .

Seht gute Lage, problemlos zu Fuß vom Bahnhof erreichbar, 10 Minuten in die Altstadt. Etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber sehr sauber, schönes Bad, sehr gute Matratzen. Hilfsbereites und freundliches Personal, continentales Frühstück für faire 6 €. Für das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis 10 Punkte.

хорошее месторасположение. близко от жд и автовокзала -минуты 3 пешком, до старого города минут 10 пешком. отзывчивый персонал, попросили оставить чемоданы после выезда, так как до поезда оставалось время и мы ходили гулять по городу, оставили без проблем. wi-fi отличный ( в Барселоне в 4 звезды wi-fi был просто отвратительный в сравнении с этим), не вижу смысл переплачивать за проживание в других отелях, но это в случае на 1-2 ночи. деньги с карты за бронь не списывали. письмо в посольство вообще без проблем, сразу же после бронирования (опять же, от барселонского отеля ждала несколько дней после нескольких раз напоминаний). завтрак не брали, можно поесть и в городе. Жирона не дорогой город

неприятный запах в ванной, хотя сантехника хорошая, скорее всего проблемы с канализацией, у кого чувствительность к запахам, то не очень, мы останавливались на 2 ночи, приходили только помыться и переночевать, всё равно по городу гулять едете.

It was just for 1 night as we had to travel to airport at 5am. Hotel was clean and Joel was helpfull. Girona is a real beauty with plenty of shops and restaurants. Will visit again for a longer period.

staff were very friendly, location is great as just 1 minute walk from bus station and quite close to the very pretty town centre. As I had a very early departure flight from Girona airport I found staying at Girona Europa for the afternoon and night a perfect solution.

wifi was poor but as was there for 1 night it was no problem really

Personale gentilissimo e disponibile. Pulizia impeccabile. Posizione eccellente, in 2 minuti si arriva alla stazione degli autobus e dei treni; e in dieci minuti si arriva al centro storico di Girona. Colazione, a parte il cappuccino, ottima e abbondante. Consigliatissimo!

Very convenient arriving at Girona bus station late at night. Able to leave luggage at hotel while we spent a few hours in lovely Girona the following day.

A little bit of a whiff from the drains but not enough to put us off using the hotel for a one-night stop-over again.

Good value, good amenities, one block from train station.

Rooms look like they're long overdue for an update. Guests are asked to leave their keys at the desk. When we returned one evening, there was no one at the desk and our room key was sitting at the top of the desk beside the keys for four other rooms.

We stayed here only for 1 night due to an early flight this is a regular hotel has all the necessities room in air conditioned shower is nice, a little expensive for what's on offer but the location was great right beside the bus station!

Issues with the wifi although its free it does not work in the room we spent a lot of time in the hallway just trying to get a signal

the closeness to the bus and train station ,the hotel was clean and the staff very friendly and helpful .its an old building so of course a little wonky , was only there for a night due to late flight into girona so was handy for the train next day

the small flat pillows ,but found 2 wool blankets in wardrobe so put them underneath ,if they werent there i would av used the towels ,

Hotel Europa is a very nice, budget hotel in Girona. It is a couple of blocks from the train station, and within 15 minutes walking distance of the major tourist destinations in Girona. The thing I liked best about Hotel Europa was the gentlemen at the desk. They were very helpful with a rental car issue I had. I would have been lost without their help.

Well, for $63, there was not a lot not to like. It's definitely not the Ritz but it's a decent place to stay, with a very helpful staff.

Only stayed here 1 night as I was traveling to Perpignan next day I have no complaints did the job clean & tidy and very close to train station ideal.

Now have wifi gratis, asked for soft pillows and they were supplied, my friend was not so lucky. Why doesn't this hotel just buy decent pillows for all rooms? Location excellent for train travellers.
